    Leslie is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Cincinnati and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Kent State University.

    Before joining Capital Women’s Care, Leslie trained and worked in diverse women’s health settings to include Labor and Delivery, where she developed a passion for reproductive health, contraception counseling, menopause management, and preventive health education. Leslie is skilled in a wide range of in-office gynecologic procedures.

    This doctor had the best bedside manner of any doctor (of any specialty) I’ve ever seen. He was personable and reassuring while being straightforward and focused on the science and treatment of my situation. He also was thoroughly informative; he used layman’s terminology and drew an illustration to ensure that I fully understood what he was explaining. I feel like I lucked out in finding him, but a good friend had highly recommended him to me so I was not surprised by my positive experience.

    Let me start by saying, I am pregnant with my first child and I am a naturally very energetic, somewhat crazy person. Dr. Damon Hou is easily the BEST doctor that I have ever been to. He has superb beside manner and totally is able to match my tone and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. There is no other doctor in the world that I would ever consider seeing.
